Print Collection
What does limited collection mean?
Our Namibia Print Collection is only available at a small limited amount per print (A4 = 50; A3 = 25; A2 = 10). Each print is supplied with a signed & numbered Certificate of Authenticity for provenance. Once a particular size or an edition has sold out, there won’t be any more available making your chosen image a truly unique piece of art!
Are your prints sustainable?
Yes! The printing company we are working with is 100% carbon neutral and all our packaging is environment friendly. Everything is either recyclable or biodegradable and that includes the stickers, tape, compostable bubble wrap as well as the frame edge protectors used. Learn more about our promise to nature!
Additionally, 10% of the net proceeds is donated to the IZW Cheetah Research Project in Namibia.
How is the quality of the prints?
To ensure maximum quality we decided to print on acid-free, archival cotton Photo Rag Giclée paper with a chalky smooth finish from Hahnemühle, the world’s oldest mill who have been producing fine art papers for more than 500 years. You will be left with a museum-grade print and a guaranteed archival life of 100+ years. Buying a pre-framed print with FSC-certified Wood in Oak Veneer, Painted Black or White styles will ensure your artwork is protected and ready to hang!
In which countries do you ship?
All our offered prints are shipped globally. Shipping costs depend on the country and are calculated at the checkout! More information in our Shipping Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK/Europe, in 2 to 5 days to North America and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
Do I have to pay customs?
That depends on the country you order from! We have duty free delivery to the US, UK and EU. Customers in other countries may have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

How will I receive the preset package?
After a successful order you can instantly download our preset package as a zip file. Additionally, you will also receive an e-mail with the download link.
Are your presets designed for Lightroom Classic or Lightroom (CC)?
Both! Our presets can be used in both version of Lightroom. A detailed installation description can be found in the additional PDF guide. The Masking Tools however are designed specifically for Lightroom Classic and will not work with Lightroom (CC).
Can I use the presets in Lightroom Mobile?
Yes, you can! There is a detailed installation manual included in the PDF guide (available in English and German). The Masking Tools however are designed specifically for Lightroom Classic and will not work with Lightroom Mobile.
What is the differencebetween Lightroom Classic, Lightroom (CC), and Lightroom Mobile?
Lightroom Classic is the more comprehensive catalogue-based version used by the majority of photographers. Lightroom (CC) is the cloud-based version which also allows video editing. It depends on your personal preference which you like more working with. Lightroom Mobile is the mobile version for your phone. Our presets work with all versions but are predominantly designed for Lightroom Classic but work with the other version too. The Masking Tools however are specifically designed for Lightroom Classic and will not work with the other versions.
Are your presets suitable for beginners?
Yes, they certainly are! We tried to create a product that exceeds the basic idea of presets. With our detailed PDF guide and 2 video tutorials you will learn basic editing and can create the look you are longing for. Our presets act as an additional support to help you understand the settings of Lightroom and the power of postprocessing.
Are your presets a one-click-solution?
Generally presets are rarely a one-click-solution. Our presets may work on your images perfectly without further adjustments but it highly depends on your style, the exposure and the white balance. To help you getting the result you wish we included a detailed PDF guide, 9 masking tools and 2 video tutorials.
Will I be notified about changes or updates?
Yes! As soon as we upload a new version of this preset package with applied changes (e.g. an updated version of the PDF, the presets or the masking tools) you will be notified via e-mail and can download the new version!
Can the preset package be refunded?
Unfortunately, not! For digital products we cannot offer refunds after a successful purchase. You can find more information in our cancellation policy.
Can I distribute or share the preset package?
No! Sharing or distributing our digital products is strictly prohibited and is considered software piracy. Verified cases will be reported and legally followed. Please take your time to thoroughly read through our terms and conditions which you have to agree to before checkout.
