Versandbedingungen für Fotodrucke

Wir bieten einen weltweiten Versand für alle (gerahmten) Fotodrucke (Prints) in beinahe jedes Land der Welt an. Sollte Ihre Adresse an der Kasse nicht akzeptiert werden, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte und wir werden versuchen, eine Lösung zu finden. Die Produktion und der Versand der Fotodrucke erfolgen durch einen von uns beauftragten spezialisierten Produktionspartner (The Print Space).

Die Versandtarife stellen sich wie folgt zusammen:

Prints: 
EU 4,95€
Norwegen, Island, Liechtenstein und Schweiz 9,95€
USA: 19,95€
Kanada: 29,95€
Rest der Welt: 64,95€

Die Herstellung und der Versand Ihrer Bestellung erfolgen in der Regel innerhalb von 3–5 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang. Danach sollten sie innerhalb von 1 bis 4 Tagen im Vereinigten Königreich oder Europa ankommen, in 2 bis 5 Tagen in Nordamerika und in 5 bis 7 Tagen in Australien/Neuseeland. Andere Bestimmungsorte können davon abweichen - bitte rechnen Sie mit einer Lieferzeit von bis zu 2 Wochen. Sobald Ihre Bestellung versandt wurde, erhalten Sie eine Tracking-Nummer per E-Mail. Die angegebenen Lieferzeiten sind Richtwerte und können je nach Zielland, Versanddienstleister und äußeren Umständen abweichen.

Alle Sendungen werden auf dem effizientesten und kostengünstigsten Weg versandt, z. B. mit Royal Mail, Deutsche Post oder DHL.

Versandbedingungen für Digitale Produkte

Digitale Produkte (z.B. das Zwei Zebras Preset Package oder E-Book) sind nach dem Kauf unmittelbar per Download erhältlich. Der Versand entfällt daher.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Terms for Prints

We provide global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution. The production and fulfilment of photographic prints is handled by a specialised production partner commissioned by us (The Print Space).

Shipping rates are as followed:

Prints only:
EU: 4,95€
Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland: 9,95€
USA: 19,95€
Canada: 29,95€
Rest of the world: 64,95€

Your order is usually produced and dispatched within 3–5 working days after receipt of payment. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK or Europe, in 2 to 5 days to North America and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, shipping provider and external circumstances.

All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping route, e.g. via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post or DHL.

Shipping Terms for Digital Products

Digital Products (e.g., the Zwei Zebras Preset Package or E-Book) are instantly available via download after your purchase. Shipping is thus not applicable.
